I had a fantastic stay at this centrally situated house with private parking. The location was brilliant, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the underfloor heating keeping us warm. The kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment and fridge/freezer space. The bathrooms were clean, and the shower was great. We also enjoyed watching shows and movies on the smart TV with access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, and Prime. The guest welcome book was a nice touch and very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation for its fantastic location, cleanliness, and amenities.

Oh, what a shame that there were no instructions for the microwave and no aerial connection for the TV. How was I supposed to figure out how to warm up my pre-packaged meals and watch my favorite shows?

The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. , the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, were greatly appreciated and made my stay comfortable and worry-free.

I would have liked to see more staff available to assist senior guests. Sometimes, us older folks need a little extra help or guidance, and it would have been nice to have someone readily available to offer assistance when needed.
